Safety operating rules for fully automatic tile cutting machine

1. Do not operate the cutting machine without training to master the operating skills. If you want to operate to get the permission of the custodian, and there must be special guidance and supervision.

2. Before work, the labor protection should be fully dressed, cuffs and skirts should be tied tightly. You must wear protective glasses to prevent shavings from injuring your eyes.

3. Check whether the mechanical parts (such as saw blade, table, screw, chain, motor, switch button, etc.) are normal before work. If the problem is found, it should be reported to the maintenance team for repair, and the machine can be started after troubleshooting.

4. Saw blades with cracks, unsmoothness, missing teeth and blunt teeth cannot be used. When replacing the saw blade, the power supply must be cut off, the saw blade should be installed firmly, perpendicular to the center line of the shaft, and there should be no beating phenomenon during operation.

5. Check that the protective baffle is complete and effective, and shall not be arbitrarily removed and changed. The movable protective baffle shall not be moved at will.

6. After starting the machine, run the machine idling for 2-3 minutes to check whether the operation of the saw blade is normal, whether it is a test machine or normal use, the saw blade is not allowed to run directly to the saw blade. Test machine at the same time to observe whether the supply of cooling water is normal.

7. After the cutting machine is started, the operator shall not leave the work post without permission, and the power must be shut down when leaving.

8. When working, the set of the saw edge must stop running the saw blade, and start the data blade operation after the knife is completed.

9. When cutting, the operator must not put his hand close to the saw blade or put his arm across the saw blade, and supervise others at any time.

10. After the cutting is completed, the body should be opened back to the stopping position to ensure that the saw blade has entered the protective cover to prevent injury accidents caused by people inadvertently touching the saw blade that has not stopped rotating due to inertia.

11. The cutting machine operator and the lathe worker work together to coordinate with each other, and the lathe worker should follow the command of the cutting machine operator. It is strictly forbidden to lift the cutting material or the finished product while the cutting machine is running.

12. When cutting, pay attention to observe whether the spreader above the guide rod is loose, if there is an immediate shutdown adjustment, so as to avoid the guide rod collapse resulting in injury and damage to the machine tool.

13. The cut guide rod and steel claw should be sorted and stacked neatly and placed smoothly to prevent falling, collapsing or affecting the smooth passage.

14. After the end of the work, clean the machine tool and the ground. When cleaning the aluminum chips, do not blow with your mouth or wipe with your hand. You must use brushes, hooks or other tools to clean them.

15. At the end of the work, do a good job of shutdown and power off, and hang up warning signs.
